Kids Academy Company App Review

I just found out about a new app From Kids Academy Its called 

Preschool and Kindergarten learning kids games for girls & boys ∙ Learn to read interactive ABC, alphabet tracing, phonics song with educational app based on Montessori match letter quiz & logical math puzzle games for toddler iPad free  

(Yes The Name Is that Long)

The app is very helpful for kids who are in preschool/pre-k. The format is fun and exiting but also teaches fundamental skills needed for school. 

The tracing games are in an entertaining format, when you trace a line you collect "fireflies" when you mess up a kind female voice says "oops" and tells you to start over. These games encourage  the basics of  numbers and  shapes!!!  C enjoyed this app greatly and spent  Half an hour Tracing letters. (She usually won't play a game for more than five minutes)  This is a great way for kids to learn to Print and what kid dosn't like the iPad? Its great when you can find apps that are educational but still seem like games to the kids

 In this game you follow the firefly path with your finger to create the number (There Is also a letter tracing game) 

There is also an alphabet game that teaches every letter with a new animation and a spoken voice reciting the letter and object.

Vegetarian weight loss book review

I have debated becoming vegetarian for a few years but because I cannot eat gluten, When I go out I usually eat meat (or a salad with chicken)
Different types of Vegaterians

Fruitarian- Avoids all animal products and only eats raw foods

Vegan- avoids all animal based foods and products too

Lacto-vegetarian- will eat dairy products but no eggs

Lacto-Ovo- eats dairy and eggs
Semi- will eat fish and/or  chicken but no red meat (strictly speaking these aren't vegetarians)

Smoothie Recipies with IdealShape

I Recently  received The idealshake  chocolate meal replacement shake from IdealShape to review

My lunch is VERY early (10:30) and I usually just have some hummas and crackers so the time I get home (2:30) I'm starving

these smoothies have served as a late lunch for me for the last month or so, I am a very snack person and I try to snack healthily( veggies, nuts etc.) but sometimes I just want something sweet

I'm not sure if these would be considered shakes or smoothies because smoothies have fruit and shakes have dairy

And I used both


Ingredients
1 cup vanilla ice cream

1/4 cup idealshake  chocolate meal replacement shake 

1 cup lowfat milk 

2 cups mixed berries


Place in Blender, blend until smooth, pour, enjoy!
